Face to Face Counselling

​The oldest and most commonly used modality for counselling. Coming to my counselling cabin in Weston allows you to enter a setting that doesn't intrude on the rest of your day to day life. It's a private space just for you, where you can feel safe to explore your reasons for having counselling and work on improving your mental health and well-being.

Telephone Counselling

A great option if you are very busy, would struggle to make it to my counselling office in Worle, Weston super mare, or have a physical or mental health condition that would prevent you from getting support otherwise. For some people, not having to sit in a counselling room and being in a setting comfortable to you can help with your counselling experience.

Online Counselling

Another beneficial modality if you don't live near my counselling office in Weston, North Somerset or have a physical or mental health condition that would make travelling difficult. The option is also great for people who want face to face contact but can't make it to my counselling office. Although I offer online counselling, this is only provided via real-time video chat, using either Skype or Google Duo.
